When importing high-end natural marble sinks, vanity tops, and stone basins from China, one crucial question always tops the list for international buyers: “Will the products survive the long ocean voyage and rough logistics handling?”

Natural marble is timeless, elegant, and luxurious—but it is also brittle and heavy. A single crack during transit can ruin an entire order, causing project delays and administrative headaches. Standard bubble wrap or cheap styrofoam is simply insufficient for heavy stone products. We utilize custom-molded, thick EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) foam lined inside every individual box.

• 360-Degree Contour Fitting: Each wooden box is custom-lined with high-density EPE foam panels. The foam is tailor-shaped to hug the exact dimensions and edges of the marble basin.
• Impact & Shock Absorption: The elastic property of EPE foam absorbs sudden vibrations, drops, and road bumps encountered during container transit.
• Scratch Prevention: Soft EPE material eliminates friction marks, preserving the polished or honed surface finish of the marble.

2. Reinforced Heavy-Duty Plywood Crates (Outer Armor)

Forget thin cardboard boxes that collapse under humidity. Every marble sink is encased in a robust, custom-built plywood container/crate.

• Fumigation-Free Convenience: Made from solid engineered plywood, our export crates comply with international ISPM-15 standards without requiring chemical fumigation, ensuring smooth customs clearance worldwide.
• Structural Rigidity: The reinforced wooden walls prevent external crushing, puncturing, or compression from adjacent cargo in the shipping container.

3. Raised Heavy-Duty Wooden Pallets & Skids (Easy Forklift Access)

Handling heavy cargo safely requires proper base architecture. We build specialized wooden pallets and skids designed for fork-truck maneuvering.

• Elevated Bottom Rails: Integrated bottom runners allow 2-way or 4-way entry for forklifts and pallet jacks, preventing direct contact between the crate and damp warehouse floors.
• Even Weight Distribution: Thick timber runners ensure that the heavy load of the marble sink is evenly distributed across the shipping container floor.

4. Vertical Stacking & Perimeter Strap Security (Container Loading Precision)

Proper packing doesn’t end at individual crates—how they are arrayed and locked together inside the warehouse and container is equally important.

• Vertical Edge-Guards & Cushioning Blocks: White shock-absorbing EPE buffer blocks are placed strategically on top edges and corners between crates.
• High-Tensile Poly Strapping: High-durability green packing straps bind the crates securely onto the base skids. This prevents individual boxes from shifting, tilting, or sliding during sea transport.
• Space-Optimized Vertical Placement: By standing flat-bottom crates vertically with proper spacing, we optimize container space while keeping the center of gravity stable.
